“Most Excellent Kombucha Tea Starter. The wife and I have been brewing Kombucha tea for nearly 4 years now. In other words, we are no "noobs" when it comes to this particular fermenting science. This starter kit from Fermentaholics is a real GOOD one. The scoby that came with the the starter tea was of nice size and coloring. There was 12 ounces of starter tea present just as advertised. The tea and scoby were packaged up quite well. Also, there are a bunch of excellent instructions on the back of the main package. I am quite positive that you cannot go wrong by purchasing this product if you are interested in brewing your own Kombucha tea. BTW, fermenting or brewing your OWN Kombucha tea is much, much better than purchasing the commercial stuff on the market. This is an absolute fact.
