“Delicious!. I found the perfect primary fermentation time to be 31 days for a nice, snappy 'buch. Add ginger + lemon for secondary, it's the second best 'buch I've ever had. (The best is a local brand that ferments for 90 days, I don't have that patience!) Multiplies quickly; got this starter culture two months ago, have completed 2 batches, a third nearly done, and got three batches currently in the works.”
