“Made delicious Kombucha!. It definitely worked! This is my first time brewing Kombucha and had a success with this SCOBY. For my success I boiled 12 cups of water. When boiled, added 1 cup sugar, mixed, and 8 Organic black tea bags and allowed them to steep while mixture cooled. Once cooled, I carefully added the SCOBY (both the liquid and pellicle). Covered with a tea towel and placed away from direct sunlight. It stayed around 70-74 degrees in my home. Began tasting at 5 days, by 10 days it was done to my liking! Bottled with some fruit, left room temperature for 3 days and it came out delicious!For anyone wanting to start brewing Kombucha, I highly recommend Kombucha Home Brewing group on Facebook. They are judgement free and give great information.If needed, Ill definitely purchase another SCOBY in the future! Thank you!”

“Great product!. I hesitated for a second because some reviews but Im so glad I bought this! My previous sconces got too cold while we were vacationing, and grew mold. This scoby came quickly and was in the perfect environment!! No problem getting it to be happy and grow! Not sure why someone would think the size matters? since the Sony will accommodate whatever glass jar you put it in (give it time and the right tea/sugar). Thank you for bringing kombucha back to our house!”
