“Worked Great! I just performed the first ferment of my kombucha with this scoby with stater liquid. I chose this product because compared to some of the other products, they were providing a little bit more starter liquid. The Kombucha turned out great, and, as expected, a "baby" scoby formed. This baby scoby is huge and thick and ready to go for another batch of kombucha. All in all, I am very satisfied. I think its pretty foolproof for a beginner or anyone who needs a new scoby.”
