“Great SCOBY - would absolutely buy again! This is a great Scoby starter. It came on time and packaged exactly as described. It was a nice, thick, very healthy scoby. I had my brewed tea ready to go so I combined the starter tea and the scoby right away. Within a few days, the mama scoby had sunk to the bottom and a healthy baby was forming on top. Within 10 days, the batch was ready for second fermentation. The baby scoby was very healthy and it went into the next batch with mama to give it another round of support. I haven't tasted batch one yet, but can't wait to try it. Batch two is underway. If you are new to kombucha or just need a new scoby, I highly recommend this one. It is a quality product, packaged safely and exactly as described.”
