“Perfect for new kombucha brewers. Great directions on the packaging. All the pellicles in my Scoby hotel dried out while we were out of town for a month, so I was delighted to find I could buy a new one online. The packaging is excellent, included adequate starter kombucha, and includes GREAT instructions. I'm a veteran kombucha brewer, but I still learned a lot from the info on the package. Like the proper pH levels for different stages, and the fact that the "disk" is actually a pellicle; the starter kombucha is the Scoby.”
