“Scoby arrived perfect and did its think! The scoby arrived perfectly! I was worried it would get damaged in transit but I was wrong. This was my first attempt at kombucha and the directions made it quick and simple and we had a successful batch of kombucha. The only issue I had as a newbie was the directions said to test the PH level and I didnt have the tools to do so and this isnt included. You will need to purchase the testing strips if you dont have them already and want to take this step (just a heads up if you want to follow each step of the provided directions as a nervous beginner like me).”
