“Came in strong. In the process of brewing with this bad boy for the first time. Its been 7 days and already made a strong 2nd layer. 5-7 more days and i can start the seconds ferment. Could grow your own in 4 weeks so this is a bit pricy but this saves alot of time. Well done”
