“Great SCOBY, easy to follow directions! Just completed my first round of F1 using this SCOBY, bottled for F2 and my booch is already tasting great! Was able to get it pretty fizzy as well by following some of their second ferment recipes on the website. The mama scoby was nice and thick and the starter tea smelled like it was pretty potent. Worked like a charm and I've already started my second batch with this mama scoby AND the baby scoby it created during my first F1 cycle! “Turned out great! First time making kombucha. I was worried because the package swelled up. But it turned out great. Couldn't find a gallon jar (COVID, things hard to find etc.) but found two half gallon jars and cut the SCOBY in half. Made green tea kombucha, adding pineapple juice to one and limeade to the other. Terrific taste! Not quite as fizzy as I would like, but still, a gallon of pretty good kombucha for $12 is a good deal. Saved the baby jellyfish for my next batch”
