“Turned out great! First time making kombucha. I was worried because the package swelled up. But it turned out great. Couldn't find a gallon jar (COVID, things hard to find etc.) but found two half gallon jars and cut the SCOBY in half. Made green tea kombucha, adding pineapple juice to one and limeade to the other. Terrific taste! Not quite as fizzy as I would like, but still, a gallon of pretty good kombucha for $12 is a good deal. Saved the baby jellyfish for my next batch”
