“It Grew perfectly.. I am a beginner in the Kombucha fermenting world. Like any hobby(?) there are learning curves. My very first effort to grow my own SCOBY was a total mess, I produced a jar of tea with a nice moldy GREEN LAWN on top of the SCOBY - a disaster...My second effort was using the Fermentaholics Organic Kombucha SCOBY. The second effort went great, the SCOBY grew normally and I imbibed on my own home made Kombuca, NICE. I am now officially not a newbie in the Kombacha world.Five Stars.”

“Great product. Started my very first batch of kombucha with this scoby and starter liquid. Koby the scoby sank initially, but, within 3 days he had floated to the top and everything looks healthy and great. Their website is also full of very useful information. It hasnt fully fermented yet, but it looks like it's happily on it's way. I would definitely recommend this product!!”
