“It Grew perfectly.. I am a beginner in the Kombucha fermenting world. Like any hobby(?) there are learning curves. My very first effort to grow my own SCOBY was a total mess, I produced a jar of tea with a nice moldy GREEN LAWN on top of the SCOBY - a disaster...My second effort was using the Fermentaholics Organic Kombucha SCOBY.
