“Pretty good SCOBY for mail order. I received a good sized in thickness SCOBY with starter kombucha as promised. Because I have made a lot of kombucha before, I did notice the scoby was a bit whimpy at first...it took a batch or 2 to work in the normal time frame I am used to making kombucha. It was a bit more vinegary that I like (the starter) but it has proven to work well over the last few batches. I am on batch 5 or 6 now.”
