“Homemade kombucha is easy with kit. It's been six months, and my Fermentaholics Kombucha SCOBY is still going strong! The scoby and starter tea arrived in a vacuum packed bag. It was smaller than I expected (about 5" diameter), but I was successful using it from the first batch. I think the amount of strong starter tea really ensures success. Instructions on the bag were easy to follow, even with no previous experience making kombucha. I've saved so much money by making kombucha at home, plus I've enjoyed adding my own flavors to my bottles. Great fun, and healthy too!”
