“Excellent starter. Excellent product to get booch started. We've been brewing now for about 3 months and our scobi has doubled in size. I'm ready to split the mother for a second gallon jar. It is definitely worth waiting much longer on the first ferment for better booch (3 weeks or more). Also, I suggest a secondary fermentation with crystallized ginger or passion fruit nectar to improve carbonation. We bought 8 bottles of booch before brewing and reused the bottles for our own. “Kaufempfehlung. Vorne weg: der Kombucha ist klasse geworden! Tut meinem Krper gut. Lediglich die Anleitung ist nicht gut bersetzt, knnte man besser machen. Aber nach ein paar Videos bin auch ich klar gekommen.”
“Great to start brewing kombucha at home. I successfully started my kombucha brewing at home with this starter. I have already successfully brewed 4 batches, and counting.”
