“After some days out the box started to noticed things on the scooter bolts and screws not fully tightened and a constant noise in the back when I ride like something scraping also one of the caps blew out for the tire and I made sure to put the correct amount of air in the tire not really getting my moneys worth but only not downside it's still going I guess”
Hi Mario - we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Explore. I just checked but could not find a service ticket from you regarding this. If this issue persists, please contact us at https://fluidfreeride.com/contact so we can help you out. Thanks!
“My purchase went fine. Explore scooter came un-damaged. The suspension on the explore is subpar at best. There are lots of videos out there about how it bottoms out and makes a metal banging noise. It's a design flaw and NOT at all fluidfreeride's fault. Other then the suspension the scooter is great. The spring in the front and the rear shocks aren't strong enough. Until that gets addressed I can't recommend the scooter at all unless you weigh 150lbs or less. I do think fluid as a company is good though. Not sure how this review will come off but I'm trying to be 100% honest. Thanks Jeff”
“While they might seem intimidating with their speed rating they are quite manageable. Three gears make it easy to keep them to a maximum speed that feels comfortable. The range is great and so much fun to ride. Look forward to many miles of great rides and continued fun.”
“I ordered and had received my Apollo Explorer now for over a month maybe. The worst disappointment thus far is my module screen was received scratched. This scratch isn't just a small scratch or imperfection. Thursday scratched screen looks as if something with some width had rubbed up on the screen and this unable to be wiped off. Other than the screen, the Explore is comfortable to ride, more than enough power for the riding I do personally. Everyone has to remember if you need something with a lot of power and a lot of speed, you might as well go by yourself a motorcycle. Ladies and Gents, an escooter, is just reduced power from that of an motorized engine running on a battery”
“I ordered an Apollo Explore about a week ago. I received it yesterday afternoon and had it all set-up in less than 15 minutes. I charged it overnight and it's ready to go. It's rather cold here in Ma. so I have not taken it for a ride yet. I did put it on a stand and ran everything and all is good. It's really awesome looking and obviously very sturdy. I am very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to my first ride soon. Thank Fluid Freeride. This is my second scooter(Horizon) from them and both arrived quick and in perfect condition.”
