“Just received my electric scooter for you guy. Can't power on after 5 days. Left a email to Apollo scooter. There say there will get back to us in 3 days. Which they did. There told us take a picture to show them. Which we did but now I guess we have to wait for another three and and another 3 days. Very bad customer service. Not a very response company. I won't recommend any one to buy from them. If anyone having the same problem like me. God love you. Good luck.”

“Rides fast and comfortable. Smaller items to criticize:
- It's hard to guess/know how many more miles you can ride when the battery goes low
- The advanced settings are not well documented, at least not in the official user guide.”
“I'm surrounded by hills, not that steep so I thought... but after trying a couple of other popular sub-1kw scooters and having to help them up the hills I finally bit the bullet and got the Explore. I don't know what I like more, but climbing long hills much faster than walking has got to be high on the list. The "real" suspension is up there too, because this thing goes faster than thought I would ever need, but sometimes, with cars around you - faster is safer. Scooter arrived in 2 days to SoCal, the box had some shipping damage but the Explore did not. The suspension had a squeak that got louder every mile, but a quick spray of silicon where the swing arm pivots at the deck and it's now completely silent. A long ride today over many hills got me home with 3 bars left - I believe in the long range. Nothing left to do but enjoy it instead of the bus, see what I can wear out, and how quickly I can get parts for normal maintenance. I would definitely recommend this ride for a serious commuter, and even a casual joy rider.”
“The scooter allows enough room for both of my feet, and I appreciate the suspension, so, I can ride over rougher roads without the nasty jarring effect. Being able to go 35 mph is great as well!”
“Amazing product! Sturdy, very well made, easy to ride - it's so cool. And the lights really add a lot to the whole look of it. Highly recommend! Worth the extra money. Shipping was delayed (not fault of company) and when I wrote to inquire about it, got a very nice message back. Good customer service! 5 stars!”
