Its unreliable. Im on my 3rd tire that just popped. Breaks barely work after 3 days of usage. I am going to request a refund and send it back.

I love being able to go 30mph+. I definitely feel a safer being able to ride in the car lane on small city streets (with a full-face helmet and high-viz gear) because I don't worry about being door-ed. Cars seem to let me take up the space once they see I can keep up with the traffic. Overall, it seems very sturdy. I did a ton of research and I'm very happy with my purchase.

My explore came packaged very well and in good condition. A few things to tighten up and battery was at 3/4 of a charge. I charged it to full and took off on my first ride, which happened to be my first ride ever on a stand up scooter. This is pretty sweet and a lot of fun. The explore is well built and easy to handle with a nice deck to move your feet around on. Love the break down ability to be able to throw it in the back seat of my small car. The ride is nice and controls feel comfortable to use. The top speed i have reached at nearly 32 mph is plenty fast enough for me, and so far i have went 18 miles at one time with more than half a battery left. That was at a 12 mph pace. Only thing i wished it had was a kick plate, because it is easy enough to nearly stand on the fender if you are not careful. Over all i really like and am very satisfied with this scooter. Fluid freeride is awesome to do business with and a good reputable company.

We purchased 2 Apollo explorers. Started out with one but didn't even make it a week before we ordered the 2nd one. Batteries are long lasting. These are great little machines and are very fun to drive around. Night time experience is great too, the lights have cars wondering what is this new fun device!

I am using the Explore to make my daily commute to work here in NYC. After reading many reviews before buying I though this would be the ideal scooter for my needs. It is not so heavy that I can carry it up a flight of stairs when I arrive at work. The speed and acceleration are just as expected, also the braking is pretty effective. My main problem is that the suspension bottoms out both front and back very easily. Perhaps its the bad NYC streets. I generally use a parkway route along the Hudson river for my daily 18 mile commute and there are some areas where the tree roots are causing lifting and cracking in the road surface. This is not an issue at 15mph but as I like to ride at 20+mph the suspension makes very loud metallic sounds as it bottoms out on some of these bumps. Is ther a way to adjust or tighten the suspension. I really enjoy riding the Explore but it woul be perfect if the suspension was not as soft.
