“Only got to put 2 miles on it before I had a flat. They're shipping a new tube as a one time courtesy because it happened so quickly but further research shows they get flats all the time. Turn around time from request due new tube to receipt of new tube is about 1.5 weeks. Dying to ride my new scooter if/when the tires can stay inflated”
“I upgraded from Segway ninebot to the explore! on a straight flat I've hit 45mph! inside a track and field I hit 40mph! the wide base board is very nice and comforting. I'm an average guy,but I use so my son can ride along with me as well. the only down side is the front light at night time is not that bright compare to my Segway ninebot,but I'm fine and willing to buy a light for my Explore!
Customer service is great! I get reply from email and on fb messenger. don't buy from Apollo site. They denied 2 of my credit cards thinking it's fraud.
