Product performs as advertised. Quality is good with exception of two items. 1. Manual bell is inferior. 2. Display on controller when set on level 3 is too weak to be seen in daylight.

I've had the Explore for 1 year and I love it. The ride is comfortable especially compared to the city rentals I used to use. Acceleration is more than adequate and I feel that anything faster than 31 mph is dangerous. It's the perfect scooter to get around and have fun.

I am so impressed with my Explorer. Very soft suspension and quick acceleration as well as very good top speed. Can't wait till summer to really enjoy it since I purchased it in December. Handles NYC streets superbly. Thank You for selling me this Escooter.

Received the Apollo Explorer and it came damaged. Front vendor broken and the sticker having air bubbles on the board itself. All else is good so far but didn't like that it arrived in this condition considering what I paid for it.

Fluidfreeride you guy are a joke. Receive my order 11-5-2020. Ride for a week. The scooter can turn. Call and email more the 10 time. After a month. You guys get by to more and told me that to do this and that. I did exactly what you said. You told me that you will send me the parts is under the warranty. Have been waiting since last year. Just get a email from you guys and told me that. I just get a email from you 3 days ago and told me that. Now is not under warranty. There do that to wait for the warranty days is over. So there doesn't need to be responsible. Be careful about this spam.

Hi Joo - we are sorry to hear that you are having a bad experience. Just to clarify, the warranty can not be granted in you case, as the pictures you sent from the controller show clear evidence of exposure to water. As we communicated via email in early December, this issue can be resolved by replacing the controller. You will be able to benefit from the 50% off that our customers get on all replacement parts. I have enjoyed riding the Apollo Explore around town the past couple weeks in anticipation of riding it to work a couple times a week once buildings open up again.

This Explorer is not perfect but has some excellent features. My goal was to find a unit that was safe and have a longer travel range than the previous owned. It is smooth and quiet, wide comfortable platform, and sturdy. This fit my criteria. The bells and whistles it has just added to its appeal. Worth getting.
