The customer service team was quick to respond to emails and I was actually able to talk to multiple techs before pulling the trigger. I had detailed questions and they were able to give me detailed answers. The Phantom is an insanely capable machine. I use it for a 10 mi round trip commute to work everyday provided it's not raining. As a lifelong motorcycle owner and avid bicycle rider, I'm experienced but extra cautious with safety as I ride with city traffic, often at WOT. I have the Nutt brakes. Which is really fast for the streets of NYC. Very good suspension and brakes as well. This scooter has very good specs for the money. Most other scooters with these specs will charge more money for sure.
