“We bought 2 Horizons in July of 21 and have about 300 miles on each. They have performed flawlessly. There is no age requirement for having fun on these. We are both 69 years old and having a great time riding.”

I can't stress enough how perfect the size had been for me and my personal uses. Please continue to sell this model, I think it can't be matched with the newer "upgraded" versions that are bulkier and heavier. Of course they may have better specs but that comes at a higher price and less portability. The Horizon is a great value and I love it so much that I bought a second one! It has been extremely reliable compared to other scooters I've owned and the customer service has been top notch when I did need assistance. “I would like to thank all the support people in this company Mary,Adam,Peter and John. I received my scooter and had a problem with the rear brake pulsing when applied. I contacted support and they had me box the scooter up and send it back to the company and sent another scooter without question. When I received the replacement scooter, I encountered the same problem with the rear brake, so I contacted support again and they offered to refund my money without question. The customer support is outstanding. So sorry the issue could not be resolved they even offered me credit toward another product. Again, great company and outstanding support.”

“I bought this to sort of replace my gotrax g4. So, the motor is so much more powerful and the shocks really help while riding the streets of Boston. While the scooter does have lights on the base, I will at some point need to get a light for the handlebars to light the road better at night. Otherwise, I am very happy with this scooter.”
