“Bought this scooter a month ago and I love it. Great balance of speed, distance, and price. Had an accident on Friday (no fault of scooter, I was just being stupid and not paying attention and hit a bad piece of sidewalk). Fractured my orbit, might need surgery. Besides being slightly scratched, the scooter is totally fine and I can't wait to ride it soon.

I purchased the fluid horizon from your line of products and I am very disappointed in the product that i got. I live in NYC and i wanted this scooter to commute to work and back home and school so i knew i needed to get the best model and highest battery life which i did.. its been one week with the product and the battery has completely died on me while being full charge. this scooter was not cheap and living in you NYC you can see why i am very upset. i would like to know your terms in refund or something that would help me recover what i lost. i was riding this scooter on queens borough bridge when it died mid way and almost caused in accident because of the high traffic in scooters and bicycles. i was very excited for this product but i dont know where i went wrong thank you for reaching out”

“This is my first scooter ever. I am 66 yo and must admit I'm struggling learning to ride. As a former dirt bike rider I thought I could do it. I love it, but right now I'm not sure if I can learn to safely ride on the road. After saying that the scooter itself is awesome. Better than I could have hoped for. It moves my 225 lb body with ease . Right now I'm staying mostly in first gear for the above reasons and it is works really well. The build quality is terrific. I had a question in regard to a brake light indicator coming on the console. With in hours I had an answer and a video addressing relevant brake information. I think it might have been Juan who helped me, but whoever it was was very helpful. Btw brakes are fine. I highly recommend the Fluid Horizon to anyone who thinks it fits their purpose. One last thing. it arrived in perfect condition in 5 days. Setup was extremely easy and easily less than 15 minutes to get me in my large paved driveway learning to scoot.”
