Amazing range and performance for the price. I've had an absolutely terrible experience with quality control issues in the first month and a half so far. Receive Scooter: It arrives with a rear fender clean snapped off. One strip of grip tape is ripped off and in half. Ironically, it also has a "QC Tested!" or approved sticker stuck right on the middle of the handlebars. I reach out to support and they send over replacement parts asap. Much appreciated! When those come I'm good to go! Flying all around my city, I hit 115 miles in 3 weeks of riding. I have such a great experience that I buy the rear carry handle for Horizon/Zero 8 Scooters. When I go to install that, I find that the allen screws at the installation point are screwed super tight and basically stripped, making them impossible to remove. I reach out to support again, they mention that I can take the scooter to a local service partner and it would be covered by warranty. Again, support was prompt and very helpful in addressing my questions. I take it to the service partner, they mention they need a special part (Horizon Rear Suspension) from Fluid to complete the repair. In this process, I somehow get a flat tire (about a month into owning this thing). I request and pay for a new inner tube, great. After checking in with support, they inform me that the part I need will not be in stock for another 7 weeks (next year!). Sure this is fine, at least I can ride this thing if I replace my inner tube. The thing finally comes, and I go to replace the inner tube. I get the wheel out from the front fork without too much trouble, but the allen screws fastening the dual hub together are severely overtightened. After almost completely rounding 3 separate Allen Keys, and visiting 4 different hardware/bike/auto parts stores, I manage to get 2 of these stubborn screws out, but the third one is destroyed. I decide to give up for now and inject tire slime into the tube then inflate it. Of course, I was stupid and forgot to fasten the replacement screws I got for the front tire. after a little bit of inflating, the entire hub burst apart from the pressure. Completely my fault, lucky and grateful I didn't get hurt, doesn't make it any less frustrating that these screws were nearly impossible to move in the first place. This scooter itself will get you around. The speed and range are unbeatable at this price. The portability is a godsend for stowing it at whatever destination you bring it to. The wide handlebars make handling a breeze despite the solid rear tire. This is all great, but from my experience, the Horizon is not shipped with basic maintenance in mind, which is a given for anyone using it as anything more than a weekend toy. In the time I've owned it, I've spent more time with it un-rideable than functioning.

I was skeptical about scooters but after trying this horizon scooter it change the way I was looking at it So powerful and smooth unbelievable riding I can't have enough of this ride two thumbs up

I LOVE my Fluid Horizon Electric Scooter! I have been riding it every day over a month with ZERO problems. This scooter is quick (with a full battery, I can do 25+ mph on flat ground), light enough, and simple to adjust and tune to your liking. I have ridden over rough NYC roads and no issues with the tires or suspension. The fluid Horizon is a durable and reliable machine. It's also faster than most standard scooters like the ninebot. It's a pleasure to ride, and I look forward to riding it! I have put 380 miles on it so far. Fluid Freeride made the purchasing process easy. I went to their shop in Brooklyn, NY and got to try the scooter out. I wasn't expecting this, but I bought it on the spot. I have experience with other electric scooters and this one has so far been THE BEST! Awesome customer service and an AMAZING product.

purchased less than 30 days with a detected inner tube and replace tube regular mail to receive 8 days later. How much did you save sent the tube by regular mail? this scooter for my son to go and back the school . could not use 8 days. I am not satisfied with your customer care and Mary said to replace the inner tube as a courtesy. Less than a month got problems is as a courtesy? HAve a good day,

This is miy 1st scooter and I hope not the last, I use this to go from my house to the train station in New York city it ride nice but every time II go through small holes it feels like rough, the two rear suspension does not do nothing, it not really comfortable, maybe in the future you'll fix it. beside that I really love the scooter

My front wheel went flat after 2 months, and the rim was impossible to unscrew, they dont even offer replacement rims, smh
