“I'm loving the scooter for the most part. I've ridden 81 miles on it and have ridden it to work once as well. Originally, I bought to ride alongside my son who was starting to ride his bike without training wheels. It works great for that. My only complaints are minimal but are as follows: 1. The grip tape is weak, I'd recommend a full deck grip for added visual appeal and security while riding. 2. Acceleration is slow and then jerks quickly out of no where. This seems to be a common complaint. And lastly, the charger location being where it is in the front is difficult to use and could accidentally be destroyed. The complaints are minimal but I do really enjoy this scooter. 4/5 stars. I wouldn't buy again simply because next time I'd want to trade up but I absolutely would and have recommended it”
“Have to say was a little worried ordering these online. It's an expensive purchase and would loved to have been able to converse with a human prior but the video they had showing all their different scooters helped us make the choice. Quality is good,came in two days and someone eventually called and was able to answer questions. Would buy again. They're extremely fun”
“Like how fluid marketed, the scooter was already pre assembled and all I had to do was tighten the speedometer, brakes and included bell. Which was awesome, they also included like a mini tool kit which made that experience even better, didn't have to dig for my own tools just to adjust anything.
One thing i didn't pay much attention to when purchasing was that the fluid horizon actually has shock absorbers, the front one isn't as flexible as the rear ones but just having them available makes the ride pretty comfy. I'm 140 lbs and can get up to 22-24mph on average and want to mention that the brakes are on the rear tire, helps slowing down without any fish tailing. Overall, I've had it about two weeks and absolutely no complaints. Wonder if i can update this review down the line but so far so good”
