“I received the scooter a couple weeks ago within a week the screws attaching the rear shock came loose and fell out and I haven't found them I can't seem to find any way to find replacement parts anywhere on the website or in the manual you should have a parts list somewhere for things like this not sure what to do about it and am really not happy. Can't seem to get ahold of anyone who can help”

“everything works perfectly the suspension is great and speed is ok. the breaks work great the only thing i would add is maybe a key to start it and turn signals but that's just my opinion. all around great scooter.”
