I bought 2 weeks ago my fluid horizon and everything is going well so far. But it was delayed, the customer service wasn't good for my expectations. I had to pick it up at FedEx facility at the park me so that was the only way I could get it

Great scooter except that the tire went flat shortly after I purchased it.

I'm really surprised at how well this scooter does hills. I'm pretty happy with it.

In its price range, I really feel like this scooter beats the others out. I've been impressed with how true some of the specs are to the advertisement. The speed and range are great. Keeps solid speed even up hills. The only downsides to the scooter for me are no thumb throttle, and the weight of the scooter (but with the range, it's to be expected). Another thing is the lighting on it...would have rather had a higher mounted light, but the current package gets it done and it's pretty bright. Overall, I'm VERY impressed with this scooter and how it's performed as my daily commuter so far. This is my first scooter and it's proven to be reliable and perfect for my needs.

This scooter is true to its word. It is exactly as advertised. It's a little on the small side for what I need so I have a little buyers remorse but that's 100% on me. And customer service has been phenomenal. I got a flat tire about 87 miles in to owning my scooter and then not only gave me a link to the replacement tubes on their website but also gave me a link to an instructional video on how to replace the tube myself and a couple other links on how to prevent more popped tires. Here's a hint though, don't hit a pot hole like me and you should be fine. Only adjustments I can recommend is the fender on the rear tire could be a little wider/longer. I got some mud up my back on one of my rides after it rained. To give her perspective I am 6'2" 230-240lbs and I usually wear a backpack that weighs 15-25lbs depending on the day. Hills are a little tough but again, that's on me because it clearly says it's on the weaker side for hill climbing as compared to others. All in all, great scooter, and great customer service
