“My Horizon is performing very well. It makes my commute seamless. It is reliable, fast enough, and has the range I need. I personally could use the power of a dual motor as I have a couple of hills on my commute. But that would also add extra weight so I am satisfied. I purchased the trolley wheels and handle. These haven't performed well but the scooter itself has been great. However, my frustration has been with FFR's customer service. In person, at the shop, was great. Online and corporate needs ALOT of work. Theres a certain "thats our policy and Im stickin' to it" that was so frustrating I nearly returned the scooter. Once I told them that, things improved, but all in all they acted as if they were doing me a favor when they were really just keeping the promises they themselves made. Ill keep the rating at a 5 because the performance of the scooter is the important thing. I do hope the customer service improves because i really do hope they succeed. Buy from FFR!”
