I love this scooter !! I first rode one while in Germany last year and new I wanted one when I saw started seeing the around Toronto !! It perfect for getting around all the traffic as well as avoiding people on public transit (COVID-19) I spent a lot of time researching scooters (I needed to consider my weight, overall speed battery life and price. This was the only Scooter that checked all the boxes. Especially price. Best value for under 1000.00 I am about 10 kilos over the max weight of 265 so I am able to get the scooter up to 35 kilometres (Max is 40). The extra weight also affects the battery life a little bit but I can life with it !! (or try to loose the extra weight ;) If I had to pick one thing I don't like it would be the hard back tire. Since I'm over the max weight I feel the bumps. I'm looking into whether or not I can replace both tires with honey comb tubeless tires. I also feel have a headlight on the handles in addition to the lights on the board would be good. Other that that it's a great ride. Maybe in a few years I will upgrade to an even faster one !!

Easiest way to get around. The Horizon is perfect for my commute around the city. Worth the wait, great communication from the company. Have researched several. Highly recommend.

I've had this scooter for only 11 days and have already put 280 miles on it because I am absolutely loving it! You can ride around for an hour comfortably and quickly and not even realize how much ground you've gained. Suspension works well. I get mine up to 24mph on the flat ground down to about 60% and then it drops to roughly 22-23. I have done numerous range tests with quality gps apps and can confirm this scooter when driven correctly will go 25 miles on a charge and I honestly think with the combo of eco modes and mode 3 you can make it 30 miles.  Now for the only 2 cons and they're not huge but after making such a high quality scooter that was well thought out idk how these two were missed. First off the headlights are wayyy too low and while bright enough for other cars to see you, you cannot see more than 3-5 ft in front on you at night and ive had to do some quick maneuvering to avoid pot holes. However, the red brake/tail light work wonderfully and I love having this added "security". I'm gonna need to buy a spare headlight mount tho. The second gripe is a very tiny one but you were oh soooo close to getting it right. The charging port is barely too close to the tire and when plugged in if you turn the handlebars just a little bit the tire will hit the charging port/battery connection and possibly damage it. Also you need to remember 100% to close the charging port hole cover after you remove the charger or else debris etc. will get in there and damage it as well.  Besides those two things I absolutely love this scooter and have become slightly addicted to riding it lol  4.5 out of 5 stars is a more realistic review. Thanks fluid freeride! Also FYI I upgraded to this from a GoTrax XR Ultra and holy moly am I happy.

This scooter is awesome! Very happy with the purchase! Great power, good handling and braking. Looks sleek and was very easy to use right out of the box

The build quality is superior. This thing is built like a tank. I cruise @22mph and my range is about 23+miles on full speed. Suspension is really nice. Easily one of the best scooters at $800. Downside??? I think it needs a front brake when cruising over 20mph

It has taken me a bit to get used to it and I have wiped out more than once HARD, but I love it! My only request would be more torque. I've ordered a small bike bell, helmet, and soon a front light.
