“I had built a stable of Gotrax scooters for the family and they are fun, but I needed more. More Power and Range to keep up with the lighter members of my family mostly, and I got that and so much more... FUN! My 60 lbs daughter can beat me off the line but I quickly catch and pass her! I can power up some of the bigger hills in town now, and have range to make it to some of my favorite places (when it becomes wise to do so)...
A couple small gripes, no bell, noisy fender, awkward hard to read display/throttle and i wish for someway to adjust the pre-load on the shocks to better deal with my almost 220 lbs.
So beware, you will have too much fun on this is great scooter and a mid-range bargain buy! (hey, I'm in KS, not in OK, damn VPN)”
“The Horizon is great, much more powerful than I was expecting. A really solid build and smooth ride. Two features I would hope for in the future would be for the rear suspension to be adjustable and some sort of disable feature to deter theft.”
“I ordered a scooter coming up to 2 months ago to use this summer. Not only has it not arrived yet, but there is still no shipping info on any of the apps and I have been told that I can't get a refund should I wish to buy something else, as it has ‚Äòalready shipped'. Still nobody can tell me when it will arrive, and at this rate, I will miss the summer and my trip to to Europe I was planning to take it on, which was the whole point in buying it. I could have almost any other make of scooter by now bought in the Uk, but I chose this one in good faith. I understand delays due to covid but this is really poor, and the customer service has been very perfunctory. Not happy at all.”
“Plenty of power and range. A great commuter scooter. My only suggestion would be to change to a thumb throttle instead of an index finger one. Just doesn't feel natural.
Also, maybe include a bicycle-style bell - it's hard to mount a store-bought one.”

Instead they responded in less than an hour and immediately worked with us to resolve our issue. By the end of the day, we agreed to return the scooter and they immediately approved the rerun and replacement. They also handled the return with no hassle. Not only have they made a customer for life, but my husband ended up buying a new scooter from them because of their customer service!”
