“I've been super pleased with the scooter. Overall its a great bang for the buck. Offers great speed and range without being too expensive. The only thing that bothers me are the wheels, and improvement could be done there. Having the wheels become a little bigger and both of them pneumatic. Great scooter!”

“Hard to hand over that kind of money and wait silently for a month. I got long range horizon L. Very heavy i.e. laughable but it's been amazing. My kid says best think we ever bought. I needed the 260lbs. I parked in van and covered all of seaside and canon beach for 2 days in one charge. Up hills and all. Will get another when I get back to country. The freedom when you visit new city is awesome and I have not managed to run down battery yet. Brakes are a bit scary downhill I did a steep hill and hit 32mph and brake is not made for that so it slowed me but didn't fully stop. Minor issue.. you're not meant to go down those kind of hills. So much freedom when visiting cities.... on path at 15mph then onto road. Stop and pop into restaurant. Not issues riding with masks. Did buy an after market bell. After wait a month scooter arrived only one day late on my pre order. I half thought they'd be bankrupt and keep my month. These guys have been pretty awesome. They responded same day when I said I might not be there to sign for delivery.”
“After some delay at the border I got this into Calgary where we are filled with Limes and Birds this summer and I ride a lot of Limes. The Horizon took a few minutes to put together, it came completely perfect. I went for a quick 8km ride this morning clocked over 42km per hour. I am 210lbs. I need Gear #1 setting to comply with local speed limits. Everything is perfect but I agree the power power location is not a good spot, turning the handlebar the wrong way will bend the connector. I may look for a 90-degree fitting if it will clear. I also found the noise in lower speeds a bit high. I think that actually helps when near pedestrian traffic (we are allowed on sidewalks but not roads) but it is quite loud in a parkade or quiet park. Perhaps it will be moderate with use? Otherwise, it is ideal, right priced, very fast, light for me to pick up and carry and the suspension and stiffness seemed excellent on the test today.”
