“The best way to put a smile on your face, we received all three scooters the wide wheel pro, the horizon, and the city rider. within 2 days of each other. Who knew how much fun the grand kids and I would have carving the golf trails around our home in San Antonio. All the scooters run great, nothing compares to the style each model has, I love the wood deck on the city rider perfect retro style. We've had our scooters for a month now it's the most fun ever.”

“UPDATE: I had issues with my Horizon. Most likely a rare manufacturer defect. After working with management, we resolved the problem and worked out a solution. Excellent customer service and communication. Would buy from again!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had issues from day 1. Brakes are squeaky right out the box, range is nowhere near its claimed range, grip on the deck is peeling off already (see picture), and bad squeaking noise coming from the stem after limited usage (see video).
Reached out to customer service and they were great initially when I inquired about possibly upgrading. Once the squeaking started happening, they requested a video of the issue. I sent it in the same day and received no response. I've emailed several times since then with no sponsor. My last email, I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with the product. NO RESPONSE. Reached out again. NO RESPONSE! Buy a Zero 8 instead. It's the same scooter but better with much better customer service.”

“First I want to say how much I enjoy this scooter. Second I want to point out how good the service I have received from FluidFreeRide has been. I had an issue where the front fender was snapped in two on my first ride, this was due to installing the dolly wheels in the logical position, instead of researching first. Come to find out, they have to be modified to fit properly without interfering with the fender. They shipped me a replacement free of charge, and though it was tough to get the light re-wired, I now have a perfectly functioning ride.
And the ride, it is stable, and fast. The suspension allows me to hop over larger obstacles like speedbumps. The only place I would ding this scooter is the braking. It could use a front brake to assist in stopping faster. All in all, this is one great ride for the price.”
“The scooter is really good, but the scooter came little damage in the delivery. the fender was broken but I still don't receive any mail back but the scooter was all that I expect. I hope to receive a replacement from this part.”
