“Overall a very nice scooter with excellent torque. Small issue with the foldable handlebar: screws coming loose and of low quality - should also be of larger dimension. Kickstand a bit on the cheap side. But overall; a good buy. Ohhh and with this much enginepower rear AND front breaks should be standard even on non pro version”

“Unfortunately, my scooter has been a problem since I recieved it. First it came with a broken rear suspension cover and slightly bent rear disc brake. I'm sure it was from shipping so can't blame Fluidfreeride for that. Then a few days later the rear wheel started making a terrible, loud banging noise. The good thing is all my contacts with customer service have gone well and they have been trying to help. They sent me a new rear suspension cover and are sending a new rear motor. However, it's frustrating because I haven't been able to use the scooter in over a week. It's a $1,000 scooter and I was able to use it for only a few days. I'm still waiting for the motor to arrive (been almost a week) so I can have the mechanic fix it. If this doesn't fix the problem then I think I should receive a brand new scooter. Very frustrating!”
