“I bought the wide wheel to ride the last 1 1/4 mile to work from parking lot. I have a hill I have to ride over and it's not an issue at all (I weigh 225lbs). It rides everywhere at 14-15mph. (Even parking garage ramps). The battery lasts the whole week without recharging, so I only take it out of the trunk over the weekend.
The rear brake is sufficient in stopping power, the only thing I added to it is a $30 gps speedo from amazon.
The customer service is great. I got my scooter 4 days after ordering. There was shipping damage on suspension arm covers so they sent me a new ones which arrived in 3 days. If you think of buying it from somewhere else, (direct from China), consider the time it'll take for you to get it, and if it has shipping damage like mine did, it'll take that much longer to get the replacement parts.”
“First thing I don't believe this is the manufacturer's fault at all because the box look like it has been dropped off a building when it got to her house. After taking pictures in putting the scooter together everything seemed to be fine. Got on it and it had plenty of power but within a few minutes it started making it grinding squeaky type sound that was very loud. I can also feel the motor cutting in and out. As of right now we're waiting to hear back from the company as it should still be under warranty. I'm hoping rather than dealing with shipping it back I can just get a different motor hub as the front one seems to work just fine. Update my review after hearing from the company.”
“Plenty of power and zip, feel is beefy which is good, reliable battery keeps a great charge. Good for around town. Eye-catching to say the least. Had to set up rear brake out of box, proper adjustment mainly. Company is very responsive and helpful. Happy with purchase.”

“Power is nice. Brakes are weak and barely stop you, throttle is either on or off not smooth, charging port is in bad location for water and rubber plug does not fit well, fender is too short and pants get wet, lack of digital display is disappointing for 2019.”
Hi Joe - Thank you for your review. The throttle sensitivity is something that has been brought to our attention several times, we are working on improvements on newer models. We sent you an email regarding the brakes as they should not be weak and sometimes have to be adjusted.
“My son graduated and is stuck at home and home for the summer. What better way to get out of the house and enjoy some social distancing by going for a ride. Yes he has access to a car but the wide wheel is so much fun. Parking is also a breeze. I especially appreciate how well built it is. It is a solid scooter well built. I should mention that a small cover broke off in transport. I e-mailed in a request for some help and they were kind enough to send me a new one. Great service too.”
