“I am very satisfied with my new Wide Wheel scooter. Great power, great brakes and overall great quality. Having much fun riding it all over my neighborhood. I will likely buy another one soon for my family to use. Thank you Fluid Free Ride for a wonderful product.”
“Love the new wide wheel. had a few hiccups out of the box - bought a seat and no hardware came with it. the voltage and accelerator was loose. None of it a huge deal. The scooter is fun to ride. originally I bought it for trails and I found that unless it's super smooth, it's not a good idea. This scooter is best used on regular roads, or dirt paths, not gravel or any kind of rocky terrain. I plan to use carry on my RV in Florida and other places I visit, and this will really come in handy to get around. Even my wife likes it! Worth the upgrade to get the double motors and I am happy with my purchase.”
“The only scooter that can go up any hill but can't go down any hill...unless you want to loose control and crash because the brakes suck... don't believe the recall , I never received my new caliper so now I am paying the $80 for the upgrade, if the pro versions brakes are like the one I received it won't matter you have 2, I bought my scooter 4/22/20 they new the brakes were dangerous why would they sell it that way or at least ship the upgraded caliper with the scooter , never purchase from this company”
“Two complaints about the wide wheel.. the single rear brake is a smaller apparatus than I expected and when I first rode it, I was scared I wasn't going to slow down enough to make a turn at the bottom of a big hill. I made the proper adjustments but in retro spect, I would have front and rear brakes.
The other complaint is it still lags taking me up hills.. it's a lot better than rental scooters of course, but still lags,
Other than those two things, I absolutely love it! I'm 225 pounds so I know my weight is pushing the limit for performance. I will be purchasing the mantis and let my son ride this one”
