“Received my broken Mericain Wide wheel scooter 3 days ago. Back motor shaking and making all strange noises right out of the box. Back motor doesn't even stay on when you give it gas, it cuts off and goes back on. Been on the phone and back and forth emails for 3 days still no answers. They said they have to review the claim lol still waiting for a manager for a simple call back. Was not looking for my money back, just wanted a new working scooter. Spoke to John who has yet to call me back, I have had to call him multiple times a day to find out what's going on until I gave up and asked for a manger and still no call back. A scooter that doesn't work brand new out of the box and customer service that does not respond equals a terrible company. Don't be fooled like I was with all wonderful reviews its all BULL! This is not my first scooter. I had a Zoom Styder for a couple years that I rode to its death. Wanted to upgrade to something faster. Do not make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY!!”

“Loving my 'widewheel'!! These are really well-constructed and sturdy. They work great on bumpy sidewalks, over rocks and grass, or wherever you need to go. Its become my primary form of urban transport - because it's *fast* and convenient and so easy to use.
Cons: I wish it wasn't so expensive. It's heavy to lift and the lithium battery probably won't allow me to take it when I travel by plane.”
“Don't buy one of these ever. The braket that holds the front wheel broke off randomly from what looks poor build quality. They will be hearing from my lawyer”

“I purchased my Widewheel last November and after a few months my brake was malfunctioning. I mistakenly thought my brake fit Fluid's recall time period, however they still provided me with the Avid BB7 Brake Caliper at no cost. They could've easily charged me, but they cited it as warranty item even though it wasn't. I'm now considering another upgrade and I'm inclined to purchase my new scooter from Fluid solely based on their exceptional customer service.”
