“Unfortunately I have to give a bad review for both the scooter, but even more so, the support I received from fluid freeride.
I used the widewheel pro as a daily commuter for about 5 months and 600 miles, I spent alot of time with it.
I was riding one day and without warning the metal piece holding the back wheel broke off and caused a pretty nasty accident. This piece seems to be made of aluminum or some metal composite. I do not think this scooter is safe.
After contacting fluidfreeride support about this I was really surprised and disappointed by how it was handled. Dozens of emails back and forth and several weeks have passed with no resolution. The supposed one year warranty seems to be worthless.
Sorry to have to report this, but this has been my experience.”

“So everything went smooth and I ordered my wide wheel pro. Loved the scooter until, the cheap Chinese pot metal cracked on the head set. Contacted fluid and the wanted pictures of every angle and the odometer . I did what they asked and said go ahead and return it emailed me a fed ex shipping label and I promptly shipped it off. They still have not refunded my 1,188.00 dollars. It's been almost a month. Sent emails and called and getting no where. I was going to get a wolf warrior Gt but after this no way. They better refund the money!”
“I bought this to replace an Unagi One. Was only slightly faster on flat streets (not even over 20mph), but was much faster uphill; around double the Unagi uphill (around 16 mph). It is also double the weight though, and the super wide tires aren't as good as they seem on paper. I highly recommend getting a test ride somehow, because you lose a lot of agility with such tires.
The front wheel also cracked with only a dozen miles on it, and the suspension makes noise if it gets wet. If you buy it and try to return it, make sure you contact them non-stop within the 2 week return window until you get a distinct yes or no on the return. I didn't, and am forced to keep this very disappointing scooter.”
