“After doing some research, finally pulled the trigger on the Widewheel Pro. Delivery was very quick and arrived in perfect shape. This thing is fast and definitely rates high on the fun-factor scale. I'm a recreational rider and do not use this as a means for any type of commute. Now to a couple of annoyances, the stock throttle is no doubt horrible - jerky even thumbing it at a constant location. I did not pay too much attention while ordering and should have opted to get the upgraded version - lesson learned as this was highlighted in some of the reviews I read (would be cool if I can get this part at $19 for a self install). Also, the knob that secures the handle post tends to get loose after bumpy rides. Not a big deal, but certainly needs to be tighten every now and then during my ride. Overall, this is a very cool and fun scooter to chase my kids around while they are on their bikes. Would highly recommend it.”
“Great scooter, very solid and awesome speed and range. Almost perfect, the throttle response is somewhat sluggish, which is a bummer. Perhaps fixable with a firmware update? But it does bring joy, so 5 stars it is.”
