But it's been a crazy year so I wanted to invest in our house... he pouted for a couple of days. So I thought I'd surprise him. The deal I got was a FREE CityRider, couldn't figure out from the link he texted me what that was, I was thinking a helmet or something. Come to find out it's a whole other scooter! So now I have a scooter too! We had a little issue with shipping (FedEx issue) so by the time we got them. We had to set them up & start scooting around. We love them. He absolutely loves his. He is like a little kid on it. I told him to just circle back to me since my CityRider is slower. Fast enough for me. I am very impressed with the personalized service I received from the get go. In fact I'm pushing a couple of our friends to get a pair of them too! Plus we are planning trips to take them with. Both of these scooters ROCK!”

Long battery / distance, Cruise control, Fast speeds on power mode, ECO mode for distance, Built-in lights on front and rear, Speedometer/Odometer, Stylish
CONS:
Extremely poor ride and comfort (suspension not enough), Non-air filled tires, Flat shape of tires making turning very difficult, Tires are too low profile, Rims weak which caused dents in both the front and rear rims (FluidFreeRide would not replace under warranty), Scooter bell already broke, Brakes are mechanical and need continuous adjustment/maintenance (not hydraulic like high-end bikes). Stopping power is controlled by movement of only one brake pad on the front and rear (brake pads on each side of the rotors do not move together symmetrically, one is stationary), Scooter does not support regenerative braking, Folding stem screw comes loose during each ride and requires multiple tightenings, Upgraded throttle needed, Cruise control difficult to engage, Heavy at 50+lbs.
OVERALL: Fast and fun but would not buy again specifically because of the rim/flat tire combo, difficult turning ability, and poor ride comfort.”
