“I'm very happy with my Ox. Being my first scooter I didn't know what to expect. The suspension is great, the folding mechanism great, looks great and people can tell its different and much better made than most. My only complaint... I'd prefer the gearing a little lower and sacrifice top end speed to have more torque for hills. But, I'm over 200lb and it pulls be up very steep hills... Just slowly. But overall, I am very happy with this purchase.”

“According to Fed Ex, this was delivered and left outside on the street at 5:09 am on September 8, when our doorman was in the lobby. We never received the delivery. I've been advised by your company I have to file a police report. Not easy in NYC, and why thi was allowed to be delivered with no signature is beyond me. In the meantime, your company is offering no assistance, I can't even speak with anyone despite repeated requests to do so. I'm very disappointed and would appreciate some help.”
Hi Gus - We are very sorry that you are having a bad experience. Unfortunately, in a case like this, where the package went missing, there is nothing we can do except ask you to file a police report. “I am sorry to say this but customer service was very disappointing. The second person I talked to was very rude and not helpful at all. The delivery, I understand that delivery is a third party, however, the shipping was handled terribly and very disappointing. My package arrived looking like it was dropped and just taped back. And when I talked to this person on the phone literally told me that I should have had buy the security shipping. And I am like " why" and now I am like it seemed like the poor handling was on purpose! This is an over $2000 dollars device that should be handled very carefully from both party fluidfreeride and FedEx.”
