“This is a great electric scooter. It is not trying to be the fastest in the market, but it is the most stead fast and consistent. The speed is quick, but does not feel dangerous. It has enough torque to get up steep hills with ease, even under the load of an adult and child. We get over 22 real miles Per charge.”

It's 31-32 MPH I can go on it is enough for me. The ride is pretty smooth even on bumpy streets.
I did add a cheap easily replaced taillight and a white light to the front stem. I would prefer the foot platform to me more slip resistant, but with proper footwear is not bad and I don't plan on riding in the rain.
The scooter is quality built for sure. I have no regrets in buying it for my needs.”
“The Scooter had several things missing such as the screw for the mud guard, and rubber pad. Also the Back brake was not working and the Odometer had a scratch on the screen.. I asked that you send me a new working scooter. But you decided on giving me a full refund which was my second choice.
Also want to mention that tried calling about 5 or 6 times and nobody picks up the phone. Very poor customer service in your part.
I would of preferred a replacement instead. As soon as I find a box suitable to send the scooter back. I will ask for the shipping label .”

“Love it, sturdy fun quiet and moves. I have ridden MC all my life, so it's natural to ride and well balanced. The headlight is nice easy to attach and bright. This scooter looks great and many people are loving it. I let people test it out every single one comes back with a big smile and comment on there desire to look it up and get one lol. I'm 59 and electric has come along way the charge has lasted forever I always top off the charge after I use it this thing has never been low battery I have over 200 miles on it only bought it in end of June. “This is a fast machine, and the battery life is pretty good so far (I've put about 150 miles on it). Its a bit creaky at the stem which is annoying, they provide a spacer which is supposed to address this but basically its a design flaw. The lights are pretty bright and good for visibility, but you'll need an additional headlight to illuminate your path at night. It takes a really long time to charge (11-12 hours from 0 to full), and is very heavy, but its a powerful machine, the shocks are great, and it seems pretty sturdy in general, and easy to repair. I had a Segway Ninebot Max before, and this is less sleek and user-friendly, but I love the faster speed, better battery, and way better suspension. I hope it lasts longer than the Ninebot!”
