“Drove it around was having fun, hit a rock on a turn at 35MPH rock popped the tire into the air, went flying into a ditch hit the dirt got thrown clean across the driveway into the other ditch. snapped both shock bolts and bent the front fork. 10/10 would recommend.”
“I ordered the Mantis pro but received the Mantis base model instead. The front motor on the scooter was defective and didn't not work. Customer service was excellent and a return label was issued right away. Accidents happen, this company took care of it the right way. Thank you.”
“SCOOTER is fast and fun overall very nice has some quality control issues for a $2000 scooter. The main issue was the handlebars were not stamped symmetrically and trying to get them exchanged is a hassle already. I sent pix they say normal. Now I will send a video. It's like they don't belive me. Customer service is a bit of a pain. I have a $750 ninebot scooter and quality is way better but this scooter is way more fun. Would I buy this brand again prob not I would prob go with minimotors next time.”
