“First off I decided to order from Fluid Freeride because of positive reviews I read. I ordered my Kaabo Wolf Warrior GT Pro and received it 8 days later and rode it to work on day 9. I was amazed that the process was so quick. I noticed that the rear breaks were a bit spongy so I sent Fluid an email just to let them know. They responded rapidly, apologised and rapidly sent me the hydraulic break kit at no charge (59$). Kit showed up couple of days later and opps, it was the wrong kit. I sent an email on Saturday and had a response from Jose on Sunday and verified that yes they sent the wrong kit and sent me the correct one Monday morning. Yes there was a hiccup in the order but to me what mattered most was I didnt have to plead the issue or jump through hoops to get this taken care of. And honestly the kits are identical with the exception of a small fitting. This shop obviously is in touch with their customer service. Great job to all the staffers at Fluid Freeride!!”
“This was my first scooter purchase and I'm 6'1 245 lbs. Most scooters say 265 lbs, but when you put on shoes, helmet, and a backpack, it's easy for a guy my size to tip that scale so to speak. I've been riding this scooter for about a week and having a blast. I did a 12 mile round trip and it was still reading 100% battery. During that ride I only made it to 3rd gear using the rear motor and was still doing 30mph uphill. I did get the piece to extend the handlebars and that made a night and day difference for comfort.”
“I received my wolf warrior GT in a timely manner. Was a little disappointed that my scooter had some scratches on it when it arrived from delivery. I also noticed that my rear brakes didn't work at all on arrival. I spoke to customer service and they quickly corrected the issues by sending me a brake fluid purge kit. All in all my experience with fluidfreeride has been good about correcting issues. I love this scooter! She rips!”
