“Had several issues with my Nami Burn E2 scooter when I received it. Contacted FluidFreeRide via phone with no resolution. Resorted to go online and email them. The response wasn't instant but they did get back with me within a business day. Issues were addressed. Then the scooter without having 40miles on it completely died. I again contacted FluidFreeRide via online link and was contacted within a day. We worked thru some trouble shooting and decided that the display was bad. I was told a new display would be sent. Less than a day later I was informed the part was not available and that the new resolution was to swap out this scooter with a new one. It was a small hassle to repack the unit and send it (FluidFreeRide provided a label) but as soon as I provided proof of shipping the new scooter was on its way to me! Received the second scooter with no issues and now enjoying my new ride. Yes there were issues but FluidFreeRide did address all my concerns and made it right!!! They do stand behind what they sell. Looking forward to my next purchase thru FluidFreeRide.
The NAMI Burn E2 is a pleasure to ride. You can go crazy stupid fast or ride nice & smooth like I typically ride. I'm a heavier guy but there is no problem with hills, acceleration, or ride quality. Fully adjustable suspension and several customizable ride modes make it extremely versatile for any ride you want to go on. Ultra smooth or fast and twitchy!!! This is the ultimate scooter. It is heavy but it's stable and has a ride quality second to none. I've ridden a few other scooters including the Apollo v2 and the Burn E2 is by far the best I have ever ridden. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment!!!”
“I got my Nami E Burn 2 and notice it did not came with Logan 2 piston brakes. I place a call to customer service and they were extremely helpful. They ship me free of charge the complete Logan set up and a bleeding kit. A+”
