“This thing frickin rips! We bought this and an Onyx motorbike at the same time. My fiance rides the Onyx and I ride this. We switch back and forth, but man do I love this thing!
So fun to ride and it feels amazingly sturdy. The suspension is so good, I feel really comfortable on it. I've only had it for about 24 hours, and I've done 35 miles on it. Battery life is amazing. It was initally confusing figuring out some basic awesome features.
Tip: Look into P Settings when you get this. (Double-tap the M button on the scooter and adjust with plus and minus.) The user manual will give more info on each setting and what it does. When you get into P settings you can enable turbo and cruise control. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.
My cons so far:
I HATE the turn signal buttons, they are horrible. I like what the onyx does with a 3-way adjustable switch. It's hard to tell when they're on as the display is hard to see during the day.
Display was confusing at first, but it makes sense after you sit down and play with it while reading the manual. Not as intuitive as I hoped but I figured it out after a day and a couple google searches.
The unit comes in KM/H, when you google how to change it there is basically nothing. This is changed through the P settings.
Nami skipped P9 in the user manual, that is cruise control. Turn it to 1 for on.
All in all I am super happy and would still give this product 5 stars. For the price, this is alot of fun and a good value in my opinion. Whether or not it withstands the test of time, who knows. It looks like it should, but you know how technology is.
Shipping was delayed a bit, but that isn't fluids fault. Buying from fluid has been easy, but they do not make it easy to get your 50% off on parts. I was going to buy some tires to have on standby, but there's no way to get a code and I've been too lazy to contact support.
I bought off Voro Motors initially, but they oversold and canceled my order. I'm glad I purchased here instead.”

“Well I'm not thrilled with the scooter at all and I wish I could return it, but fluid hasn't been receptive to my requests to return it even before the return period had passed because I had rode it. The charger stopped working after a week. It took a while to get a new one, but they finally sent it out under warranty. The manual is terribly written with both incorrect and completely missing instructions. The scooter itself is pretty good but far from perfect. The brakes are tricky and rub and make noise. The lights aren't sufficient for safety at night. I put reflecting tape all over it and added lights and mirrors. Still is not totally stable at speeds over 40 mph even with shock adjusting and the dampener turned all the way up. It's fast and goes far and so far is reasonable reliable and can handle the bumps, but I wouldn't recommend the scooter or fluid free ride to a friend.”

“I did a lot of research before purchasing my scooter. I'm 6'8" and 290 pounds so I needed something that could haul this "slab-o-meat" around. The Nami is performing great! I commute about 4 miles per day on the scooter on mostly paved roads and packed gravel trails. The Burn-E takes it all in stride! I did have a bent front brake disc on delivery but FluidFreeRide assured me that a replacement will be coming soon. If you're in the market for a scooter and you don't want a "toy" I highly recommend the Nami Burn-E and FluidFreeRide!”
