“If you want wilderness in the purest form, from snow capped mountains, trees as big as dinosaurs , sea otters so close you can almost reach out and touch, gourmet meals prepared to perfection then look no further . Never have I or my 12 year old son, experienced anything like this before. Jafar, is the ultimate nature leader as he helped me navigate through putting together a tent, hiking, climbing and exploring the most breath taking views you will ever see . I could not imagine a better leader then Jafar . He is a very experienced nature master! He knew Vancouver island like the back of his hand. I am a non-experienced hiker and definitely not in the best shape, but Jafar was able to help me adjust where I needed to, even talking me through ( having never done this before, you tend to get into your own head). Jafar is also an excellent cook! He prepared all of our meals and never skimped on ingredients. All of our dishes were prepared to perfection from Halibut and Salmon, shrimp coconut Thai with jasmine rice, fruit salads and so much more . Fresh herbs prepared in every meal and beautiful charcuteries between hikes. Our group size of 7 was the perfect size with people from all over the world . Non-biased conversations and evenings full of laughter , drinks and delicious food, after a very accomplished day of kayaking, whale watching , hiking, and waterfalls . This is one trip I will never forgot.”

“My wife and I planned this trip for 2020 but had to put it off because of border closure. Alex was so awesome at reassuring us that everything would be taken care of if we kept needing to shift. Out 20th anniversary trip became a 21st, and it was worth the wait. We did the September tour and it was amazing. I could not imagine a better planned tour then what was provided for us. Sure a few things are closed because of COVID, but everything that was offered in replacement was just wonderful. The food...Amazing and fun. The selection of things to do while in Tofino was a great option for all of us on the tour. We had a few surfing, kayaking, and hiking over the two days. My wife and I took a relaxing day of shopping and kicking back in a bar looking out at the water. Our guides were so laid back on all of our decisions. All of the scenic hikes were what made this special. Giant trees, beautiful waterfalls, and secluded beaches. One of the most special things our guides did was to take us on a surprise side trip to hopefully get to see the salmon run. We were in luck and the salmon launching up the falls was a highlight of my trip. Take a trip with these folks. We hope to do the Rockies trip soon!!! Thank you Alex & Carl.”
