“We love this medium blend of red and green chile. I love the size of the jar. I used to buy a bag of frozen Hatch's Chile, but it was too big for what I cook most of the time and I find these jars a much better size. They are handy to have on hand, love the flavor of the chile and they are always ready, don't need to be thawed out for instance. I'm a big fan.”
