“So delicious! I made posole with the first jar out of the box-medium red&green, my own recipe. It didn’t need anything but the slow roasted pork in the freezer, some soaked and simmered dried nixtamalized yellow corn and some oregano and cumin seed and a little salt. I might add that medium is pretty hot to me so I’ll stick to that and mild for my further orders. Of which there will be many.”
