“We have two north facing windows on our house that have suffered some water damage and moisture problems. We purchased an awning long enough to cover both windows but with a small overhang. “Awnings seem to be fine. Customer service sucks! I sent an email twice about replacement fabric for a retractable awning, I never received a response. Could have at least let me know yes or no. I have 4 more windows that I was going to put awnings on if I liked the way these looked. I will be buying these 4 from a different awning company.”
