The GMB crew delivers high level education on fitness, movement and body-mind understanding. Even just the way they practically teach self-regulation would be worth the price of the course. On top of that there is a beautifully balanced set of skills, that complement and enhance each other and a practical platform that makes consistency so much easier. They also taught me a way to go beyond the obsessive (and counter-productive) focus on reps and sets. Going with time and focusing on quality and control seems to me a more sustainable approach, for everyone but those trainees that are particularly experienced/talented or heavily committed. Additionally, the Ponder part has proved more valuable than I imagined at first. Taking a moment after the workout to reflect teaches important lesson first-hand. In short: I trained my body in new ways, I am more mobile in ways that matter to me, strong in a more balanced way, to the extent that is relevant for my daily life and longevity. And despite this impressive progress, the most positive outcome is to me the deepened knowledge around my psychology of training, and what I learned about some mental traps that were holding me back. After completing Elements I think I understand my body better and hence I better understand how to train, whatever program I decide to follow. And that is priceless.

I started this eventually after looking at it for a long time. Originally I wanted just a programme to avert the "getting up off the sofa noises" which she was starting to bring on, but not long after that I injured my ankle and it's worked really well to restore strength and flexibility there too once the initial healing was complete. The adaptations for the movements always have both increased and decreased difficulty and there's zero shaming and loads of encouragement if you're starting from scratch and have never done an exercise programme at all before.

I've started and restarted this workout program many times, but it consistently fails to strike the right balance between engagement and challenge despite offering three different levelled paths. This issue extends to the all the websites programs, which draws initial interest but struggles to sustain long-term commitment. What would make these programs truly recommendable is the inclusion of full-length workout videos that integrate exercise explanations directly into the routine, rather than relying solely on the short segmented clips they currently provide. While the site's concept is strong, its execution falls short. It does just enough to attract attention but lacks the thoughtful design needed to foster ongoing dedication. Ultimately, it's somewhat disappointing.

With elements you’re getting back to childhood playing level but then with more focus and buildup towards a better functioning body. Especially in my case being over 40 and with a full time office job it’s important to maintain and improve an aging body. The animal movements and stretches give you a full body workout and can be challenging by itself. I can feel the benefits already while I’m just at about 20% of the program. Can’t wait to see where I’m capable of when I’m done. I can recommend it to everyone willing to invest in themselves and a healthy body. Last shout out to the founders and trainers of the program. They’re truly interested in your journey and will respond to your questions if you have any while following the program.

I have used these programs on and off over the years and my body always feels so much better when I am engaged with these programs. They are effective, time flexible and leave you feeling good.

Not bad, but it wouldn't hurt to show some real people instead of ol' blue shirt doing things like a robot. Lots of direction at the start then just says "go" near the end.
