It’s a well made program, challenging enough to keep you training and very doable at the same time. Highly recommended

These people know their stuff. The programs are fun. You will use all of your body. I recommend these programs if you want to use your whole body, get in shape, and enjoy the process.

Functional fitness program that is based more on body weight movement and flexibility than weight training. This does require strength and will build functional strength as you progress through the program. It is much different that the weight training I was used to, so it does take a bit of time to get acclimated to. Having a gymnastics background would be useful, but not a requirement by any means. overall a fun program that builds strength, flexibility, and keeps you engaged.

I purchased elements about 10 years ago. I've been through it countless times. I always find myself coming back to it, even if I am doing the movements outside of the program. I remember when I first started it, I thought, wow, this is so weak, what kind of non-workout is this? But then immediately my shoulders felt better from the bear and I was hooked. When I started elements all those years ago I couldn't touch my toes. And so my greatest compliment to elements is that after my first round, all those years ago, I can still touch my toes and I have never not been able to, even at times when I fall off from elements or exercise. I've been through a few gmb programs: elements, rings 1ab, parralettes 1a, and integral strength more than once. All were very new and uncomfortable for me. But all of them overtime I improved at and overall my body felt stronger and looser and in general just better.

I have tried many strangth and flexibilty traing techniques over the years (I'm now 64), including commercial gym machines, free weights, long hold static stetching, yoga etc., and have never found anything that was engaging enough for me to mainatin over a longer term. Elements is different! The movements and mobility exercises really work for me (although some are quite challenging), providing a good balance between strength, flexibility and most important, fun. No equipment needed and I can tailor the length of session to the time I have available.

I feel like I'm a few months in to an incredible journey. Elements helped me understand physical autonomy as a realizable goal. I'm amazing at what my body can do after a few months, and I'm excited to see what else I can realize in this life.

I've been doing elements for 15min three times a week and finished my 25 session today. Not only am I looking and feeling great but I truly enjoy the workouts. I'm a 50 year old retired army nurse in reasonable shape and I am very pleased with what elements is doing for me.

I've been doing the Elements program for 5 months now, and I also joined the Alpha Posse community for encouragement and coaching. I tried Elements quite a few years ago, and it didn't click with me then, but since I've come to understand mindful movement better, I'm really enjoying it. I'm 68 years old and used to be pretty strong, but I fell away from my exercise routine for long enough to lose a scary amount of strength. Now, I'm doing a 15-minute session about every 3 days and feeling progress at every session. I love how my body feels energized after a session. My knee, shoulder, and SI issues that have nagged me for years are diminishing, too, and I can carry things easily that I'd been struggling with. Thank you, GMB!
